Band Knife Splitting Machine


Our Band Knife Splitting Machines are available in
the following three models

B. K. S. M. - 15 with a working width of 1500 mm
B. K. S. M. - 18 with a working width of 1800 mm
B. K. S. M. - 21 with a working width of 2100 mm

[ Technical Specifications ]

This machines is used for splitting  leather  in
order to separate a uniform thick layer  of the
grain side.

The thickness of the grain layer can be adjusted to
requirements.  The   leather   is    placed   on   the
operating  table   grain  side   up   and   introduced
between the upper grooved roller and the lower ring
roller.  These  two    rollers   conduct   the   leather

towards the endless splitting. Band Knife, which slices the leather. The grain side of the leather
comes out at the back of the machine, where from it is pulled out. The split - off  flesh side falls
under the rear table of the machine.
