Auto Light Systems
This is a novel lighting system. It works on the
system of 'Permanent Magnet'. The Stator and
Rotor   are    both  spoxy   coated   for   tough
resistance.

Besides, the  Rotor  is detachable allowing for
for  greater convenience. The system operates
on  a  high  frequency  current  and   can  light
fused tube lights, making it indespensable.

The  Auto light system is available in  different
models CAL - 2 and CAL - 4.

Autolight CAL - 4
  
This system is belt driven, seperately mounted and rotates the Auto light at
3200 to 3500 RPM . It can be run by slow or high speed Diesel Engine with
suitable  V - belt pulley. The  output of  CAL - 4 is 160  Watts  which  lights
four 40W tube lights or bulbs and draws only 0.3 hp. power from the engine.
The  voltage  developed  at  output  terminal  is  approximately 350V AC  at
higher frequency than the normal supply.
 
Autolight CAL - 2
  
This system is fitted in the engine with a modified Gear Cover and Retaining
Cup. The driver is directly taken from the Crankshaft end which  rotates  the
Auto Light at 1500 RPM.  The  output  of  this  system  is  80  watts and  is
capable  of  lighting  two 40 W tubelights or bulbs and draws  only 0. 15  hp
power  from  the  engine.  The  voltage developed at the output terminals  is
approximately  350V AC  at  higher frequency than the normal  supply.  The
CAL - 2 system can be fitted to any peter system can be fitted to any peter
type engine.
